With an area of 1490 hectares, Château Giscours has Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot grape varieties. The 2005 Château Giscours is a blend of 62% Cabernet Sauvignon and 38% Merlot, with a bouquet that offers a very fine intensity with blackberry and cedar. The palate is medium-bodied, with fine, slightly grainy tannins.
