Provenance: Important collection owned by a Spanish collector. The wines have been stored in their cellar with controlled temperature and humidity.

Considered one of the best Spanish brandies, maximum in rarity and complexity, with a deep flavor and a dark color, this early limited edition of Non Plus Ultra Cardenal Mendoza from the year 1983 has been made in Jerez by the Sánchez Romate wineries to commemorate the founding from the winery in 1781. 40 casks of the classic Cardenal Mendoza were reserved in 1970 and bottled as Non Plus Ultra in 1981.
