Founded in 1874, Bodegas Montecillo is the third oldest winery in La Rioja. It was founded by Celestino Navajas in Fuenmayor, and was run by his descendants until 1973 when it was sold to Osborne by José Luis Navajas, before dying without issue. To this day the winery maintains the identity of the century-old house.**
