Case in 18k yellow gold. Circular white dial with applied hour markers. Sword type hands. Central chronograph hand. Tachymeter scale. Auxiliary window between 4 and 5 o'clock for date calendar. Triple additional dial, one for seconds at 3 o'clock and two for chrono control. Sapphire crystal. Brown leather bracelet with buckle closure, not original Longines. Automatic movement visible on the back. It works.
Measurements: 40 mm (case diameter); 47 x 42 mm (total case).
