French table clock of Empire style and period. All of it is made in gilded bronze to the mercury, with a sculptural concept typical of this time. It is a piece of classical aesthetics, with base decorated with relief ornamentation in the form of floral garlands that occupy the entire front of the base arranged as a frieze. On this base rises the clock case with Roman numerals and Breguet type hands and finally sitting on the clock case we can appreciate the presence of a figure in round bulk representing a lady of clear classical inspiration. This sculptural value of the clock goes beyond the female figure, since numerous sculptural elements can be seen that bring normativity to the whole.
