The painter Silvina Alejandra Pintos settled in Barcelona in 2009. In her country of origin, Argentina, she studied art at the National University of Cuyo and graduated as a University Professor of Visual Arts in 2006. Subsequently, she works as an art teacher in primary and secondary schools in her hometown Mendoza, while exhibiting in several galleries in Buenos Aires. In Barcelona, she studied for a Master's degree at the University of Barcelona, Facultat de Belles Arts, Master Universitario de Creación Artística: Realismo i Entornos. His current work is developed in an abstract style inspired by geometric figures and bodies. With nuances of naturalistic and symbolic inspiration, use of signs and hallmarks of color with freedom and personal vision.
His paintings play with form and color, hallmarks of warm and cold colors, light and dark, graphics and lines. Always in search of a vibrant and luminous result of color, harmonious and balanced.
