Represented by the Fundació Vila Casas, Joan Furriols has been a multidisciplinary artist. He has worked mainly in sculpture, painting and illustration in a trajectory that goes from abstraction to figuration. Creator of small worlds, he uses space as a field of search, as a scenography where he articulates his theories about order, emptiness, the transcendence of the events that may occur, the different dispositions of bodies and the restlessness of the stories that these lead to, articulating a dialogue with the people who contemplate the work and who are in charge of finishing it and understanding the game that, as if they were hieroglyphics, the artist poses.
