Set of four boxes, all of them made of bronze. Three of the pieces that make up the lot are decorated with painted and enameled porcelain: two present a miniature female portrait and the third, a scene of classical inspiration, where you can see an idyllic landscape enjoyed by three young women who can be identified as muses.
Industrialization and the development of new casting techniques during the 19th century facilitated the production of this type of bronze accessories. This allowed sculptors to experiment with different shapes and sizes, which contributed to the popularization of these works.
