Son of Medardo Riccio, historical editor of "La Nuova Sardegna", Loris Riccio was a refined illustrator, responsible for numerous covers of fashion magazines and several advertising posters in Italy. At the end of the 1920s he moved to Paris, where he also enjoyed great success as an illustrator, collaborating with magazines of the caliber of "Vogue".
