Louis XVI style showcase, ca. 1900.
Walnut veneered wood, with brass inlay.
It has a key.
With inscription "Fichet a Paris".
In good condition.
Measurements: 227 x 113 x 54 cm.

French showcase in Louis XVI style. Made of walnut veneered wood, it is decorated with gilded brass fillet that enhances the symmetry of the whole and the details of architectural inspiration. The glazed body houses two shelves. The domed top crowns a structure flanked by Doric-inspired fluted columns. The cabinet rises on carved feet in the shape of a spinning top.
