German Jugendtil sideboard, ca. 1900.
In wood with marquetry, and glass.
Brass hardware.
It has some flaws.
Measurements: 79 x 87 x 10,5 cm.

Modernist sideboard made in German workshops. It combines glass cabinets with shelves at different levels and drawers. It emphasizes the craftsmanship of the structure of uprights in the form of columns and curved ends, as well as the marquetry of the lower soffit, in which a country scene is developed, combining different fruit woods. The top is decorated with linear marquetry drawing bows and festoons, motifs that are repeated in the carvings of the drawers and in the double door of the cabinet.
