Ceiling lamp typically Art Deco conceived as a flower with a wide corolla. It has satin pink glass diffusers molded with female nudes in relief. Each of these diffusers, which take the form of petals, are interspersed with nickel-plated bronze spacers embellished with synthesized rosettes and plants with a clear Art Deco aesthetic. From its lower center hangs a frosted structure of circular format that allows a homogeneous diffusion of light. The lamp is supported by a shaft made up of three cylindrical structures.
The Muller brothers, founders of the Muller Frères glassworks in Lunéville, are French art glassmakers of the Art Nouveau and Art Deco periods. They began working for Gallé, and later established a glass manufacture of their own in Luneville. Years later, production moved to Croismare, with the pieces being signed "Muller Croismare". The firm produced mottled glass and acid-etched cameo, mainly between 1905 and 1937.
