DESCRIPTION
Ceiling lamp 48 lights, 70-80s.
Cut crystal.
Measurements: 200 x 130 cm.
Ceiling lamp of fantastic workmanship entirely made of colorless glass in different types of carvings, organized around a central axis. Also the lighters, molded in the form of floral corolla, and the arms are covered with glass. These carved glass beads also function to refract the light, thus diffusing a soft, elegant and rich illumination in its multiple glows. This type of chandelier derives from the great luminous crowns of medieval churches, which will be loaded with ornaments in the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries, until finally reaching its current lavish form in the eighteenth century, when they will even be made with rock crystal beads. From the ground, the zenithal perspective shows the drawing of a beautiful rosette.
