Of Murcian origin, Elisa Séiquer, was formed in the School of Arts and Trades of Murcia, although later she continued her artistic education in Valencia and finally, in Madrid. During her career she was part of the Aunar group, which was linked to the artistic circle of the city of Murcia. However, he soon disassociated himself from this group. Throughout his career he combined his sculpture work with stage design, participating in the play ¿Le gusta Shakespeare? and teaching. In 1971 he received the Francisco Salzillo prize for sculpture.
