Coffee set. Collection "Classic gold black".

Coffee set composed of six cups, six saucers and a gravy boat. Eaves decorated with peacocks on an orange border. They are the result of a collaborative work between the prestigious houses Rosenthal and Versace.
The German ceramic, porcelain and glassware manufacturer Rosenthal was founded in 1879 in Selb, Bavaria, by Philip Rosenthal (1855-1937), and is still in business today. Its first success in the market took place at the beginning of the 20th century, thanks to its delicate figural statuettes and its table services, of simplified and refined forms, very different from the earlier Art Nouveau pieces. After World War II, the factory completely renewed its repertoire and hired important designers such as Löwy or Wirkkala.
