The pa kua or ba gua ('eight states of change') is a symbol of Chinese origin composed of eight trigrams (groupings of three lines, one on top of the other, some whole and others cut) arranged in a certain way around a center, the yin-yang. The one we now present, in square format, combines red and earth tones.
