Architectural ornament that presents two lions facing each other ready to jump one over the other. It emphasizes the careful detailing in the anatomy of the beasts, which extend their paws in threatening attitude while they surround a central fruit, possibly the objective for which both animals fight. It is a formally symmetrical piece in which the neatness of the white marble is accentuated by the balanced forms of the animals, as well as by the orderly roots that unfold on the ground.
