DESCRIPTION
CHANEL.
Classic Double Flap 26 bag, year 1994-1996.
Black quilted lambskin leather. Gold hardware. Front flap with CC emblem. Chain with Chanel's signature intertwined ribbon. Inside flap with CC emblem. Burgundy interior. Exterior flat back pocket.
With interior numbering.
Very good condition, with normal signs of use. Scratches on interior and exterior flap, and red leather lining, worn chain leather.
Includes sticker and card.
Measurements: 25,5 x 16 x 7,5 cm.
The Chanel Classic Double Flap version of the bag has an additional inner flap that separates the inside of the bag from the main outer flap. Beyond the practicality of the Chanel Double Flap's multiple pockets for organizing daily essentials, a playful anecdote has long been rumored about the history of these compartments: Chanel bag loyalists say that Coco Chanel hid her love letters in the pocket between the two flaps.
