Kelly Sellier 32 bag, 1986.
Box leather in Rouge H color. Gold hardware. Straight flap closure fastened with a gold-tone metal hardware strap. It has a short top handle.
With stamp: P inside a circle (year 1986).
Includes clochette keys and padlock.
In excellent condition, light signs of use.
Measurements: 32 x 23,5 x 12 cm.
Designed in 1935, this Hermès model ended up being called Kelly when Grace Kelly appeared wearing it in 1956 in a photograph published in "Life" magazine, in which she used the bag to hide her pregnancy. This model is, along with the Birkin, one of the most coveted of the firm, authentic icon and flag of handmade couture. It takes about eighteen hours to make, and is made by a single person, from start to finish.
