Black crocodile leather. Trapezoidal structure, slightly wider at the base, and straight flap fastened with a gold-tone metal hardware strap. It has a short top handle. Four protective rivets on the base.
Delivered with dust cover.
It shows wear, typical of use, especially in the lower corners (visible in the photographs).
Measurements: 22 x 28 x 10 cm.
Designed in 1935, this Hermès model ended up being called Kelly when Grace Kelly appeared wearing it in 1956 in a photograph published in "Life" magazine, in which she used the bag to hide her pregnancy. This model is, along with the Birkin, one of the most coveted of the firm, authentic icon and flag of handmade couture. It takes about eighteen hours to make, and is made by a single person, from start to finish.
