Hanging vase in hand-painted ceramic in hallmarks, predominantly green, red and burgundy on white. Two nice characters adopt a dance step around the container trying to reach the rings hanging from some lion masks.
This type of porcelain is a testimony to the artistic and technical splendor achieved during the Qianlong reign, a period of great splendor for Chinese ceramics. During this period, the imperial court promoted the production of exquisite porcelain in the kilns of Jingdezhen, where highly skilled craftsmen worked under strict quality standards.
