Pair of chests of drawers of neoclassical style, probably of Spanish or Italian origin, dated approximately around 1790. These pieces of furniture stand out for their elegant design. The design of the chests of drawers is characteristic of the neoclassical style, which is inspired by classical antiquity and is characterized by straight lines, symmetry and harmonious proportions. We observe a rectangular structure with three overlapping drawers, a common arrangement in this type of furniture. In these chests of drawers, the marquetry draws geometric and floral motifs, typical elements of neoclassicism. The gilded bronze handles stand out.
