2.4.- Liquidation of the lots adjudged in auctions.

The liquidation of the lots adjudged in auctions will take place as of the thirty following days to the date in which the auction has been celebrated, whenever they have been paid by the buyer.

The assigning one authorizes to Setdart Auctions to deduce of the price of closing of each lot, the indicated commission that it will be of a 12% plus the expenses that have taken place and plus the taxes.

In the case of lack of payment on the part of the awardee or buyer, Setdart Auctions will make all the managements in their reach with the purpose of obtaining the payment of the pending amounts and will inform into this fact to the salesman.

If the referred managements fail, to the 30 days, the salesman will be able to choose to return to remove the lot to auction, to sell it to the previous postor or to initiate the previous proceedings to the legal action, conferring his representation to Setdart Auctions and their lawyers to file the pertinent judicial claim.

He will be on behalf of assigning the totality of the replaced expenses and that could be derived from the judicial claim.
