2.3.- Commissions and expenses in auctions.

Setdart will deduce of the price of awarding the honoraria of intermediation in the sale, that will be of 18% on the price of closing, plus the corresponding expenses and the effective taxes.

The works of the alive authors are subject to the Law of Intellectual Property and to the same ones the appropriate tax, when it comes, in charge of the vendor will be always applied to them.
